How to cut wire rope？

If the steel wire rope is cut from a long steel wire rope during installation, the following points must be observed when cutting the steel wire rope in order to prevent damage to the steel wire rope or change the structure of the steel wire rope: when cutting the steel wire rope with small diameter and rotary performance, the cutting part can be fully wrapped with iron wire for cutting; When large diameter wire rope is cut and divided, soft iron wire must be used to wind and fix at both ends of the cutting point. The length of iron wire wound at each end is generally not less than 5 times of the nominal diameter of the wire rope.
