After the wire rope passes the acceptance, it shall be stored in a ventilated and dry room to prevent direct sunlight or hot air drying. If it is placed outdoors, the wire rope should not directly contact with the ground. It should be placed on the dry ground, padded with stones or boards, and covered with rain proof cloth. The protection of steel wire rope in stock shall be checked regularly, and the damaged steel wire rope shall be rectified in time.
The identification of steel wire rope shall be maintained and re identified if necessary.
